My nest is not turning CH on 

got hot water

reset and gone through all scenarios with receiver

all 3 lights green

still not CH but hot water

help

This sounds like you are in Europe with a HeatLink system. If no CH light then if the thermostat is not calling for Heat (CH) or the call for heat is not reaching the Heat Link. 
The CH only activates or illuminates when the Nest Thermostat is calling for heat. Verify the Nest is paired with the heat link
