I sent my Nest back (the new one because I didn not need it) within the return window, using the label Nest gave me to use. However, Google just charged me even though I returned the new one within the 30 day timeframe. Please advice as to how I can get a refund. RMA26284474. Dropped it off at Fedex yesterday.
