Circulation fan runs all the time

My circulation fan runs all the time, Fan schedule is off I do have a C wire removed thermostat from base fan still runs. Anyhelp would be appreciated

I'm sorry for the trouble this may have caused you — let's see what's going on.

To isolate:

• When did the issue start?
• Are there any wire report or messages? If so, what are they exactly?
• Is this a new installation?
• Does the issue happen on heating only, cooling only, or both?

Let's try the steps in this guide:

1. On the Nest thermostat.
   1. Disable the auto-learning schedule under Nest Sense.
   2. Disable Home/Away Assist.
   3. Clear all schedules under Reset.
   4. Make sure the thermostat wires are completely inserted to the terminals.
2. Also, on the Google Home app, tap Routines > Home or Away > select the thermostat action > tap Remove action > Save.
