Looks compatible with the nest learning stat to accommodate the extra stages of heat you have. Only issue is the s1 s2 slots those can be for external temp sensor or some sort of auxiliary sensors that nest doesn’t support. Good luck.

@Eb07, it appears you have a heat pump system, and a Nest Learning Thermostat is compatible if you have an emergency heating unit. With this, the Nest Thermostat does not need the S, S1, or S2 wires, as they can be indicator or sensor wires. The Nest Thermostat uses its LCD display instead of an indicator light and gets sensor information, like outdoor weather conditions, over Wi-Fi.
