Compatibility Question - Replace Honeywell wi-fi Vision Pro 8000 with Nest Learning Thermostat

Hello,

I'm trying to replace a Honeywell wi-fi vision pro 8000 with a Nest Learning Thermostat. Is my HVAC compatible? 

I can't seem to find an answer. Does anyone have a wire map for this setup?

I would guess that your black and orange wires control a damper. Nest thermostats don't support dampers unfortunately. If you go into the settings of the thermostat, you'll be able to confirm how the U1 wire is programmed. It will probably say something like "Ventilation type - fresh air damper. Ventilation wiring - t-stat terminal U1." I've seen some users use a separate ventilation timer for this.
