Compatibility photo for a Nest 4th gen

 Please help, this is so frustrating to go round and round and not get an answer. I used the compatibility check and it said to post a photo then it took forever to find a place to do so; here it is! Is this compatible?

It appears you have Heat Pump system with Auxiliary heat strips. It is possible the B wire might be Power Common.  (C). You need to check it with a Volt Ohm Meter.  Set meter to AC voltage, put one lead at n R wire and the other on B wire.  See if You get approximately 24V AC.
