Hi Debra01,

Thanks for posting in the Google Nest Community forum. It looks like you have a conventional system with a common wire. Based on your thermostat wires, it is compatible with any Nest Thermostats. However, Nest Thermostats don't use any jumper wires. Please ensure to only connect your red wire (power) to the R terminal if you want to use the Nest Thermostat 2020 or Nest Thermostat E. If you want to use the Nest Learning Thermostat, just connect it to the RC or RH terminal only.
