It should be.

Try this wiring

White - S - not used

Red - S - not used

Yellow - Y to Y

Green - G to G

Blue - C to C

Orange - O/B to */OB

White - E to W

Red - R to R

Yes, the Nest Thermostat E will also work just fine

Sorry, one more question.  The White-S and Red-S wires, those are temperature sensors?  Since the thermostat is in the attic (old building), is there anyway I can connect these 2 wires to regular (not E) nest for the temp sensors to work?  Or is it easier to get wireless nest sensors?  Thanks
