Comptability nest thermostat

Hello,

I want to buy the Nest Thermostat 2020 (not a Learning Nest thermostat) to replace a basic thermostat I have in my house but the app keeps saying my setup is only compatible with the learning thermostats.

Can you confirm that? I would prefer being sure before buying.

I have wires O/B, Y, R, C, G, AUX/E.

Do you have two separate wires one go into AUX and one going to E on your old thermostat or is there a jumper wire between AUX and E? The basic Nest thermostat cannot support both AUX and E that is why you are being directed to the Nest Learning Thermostats.
