Hello I am trying to put thermostat settings on my phone it is giving problem to connect

Oh no! Sorry to hear that you can't connect your thermostat. Are you located in North America or Europe? And could you tell us more if the situation that you're in is having a hard time connecting the thermostat to the internet or to the app so we can take a closer look?
