Connection and compatibility

I contacted google before my purchase and they told me I was compatible and during my steps to install it is telling me I'm not compatible

All right I got it thank you anyways I did R to red

Brown to O/B

Y to yellow 

G to Green

W/E to White

C to Blue

When in putting it into my wire configuration I did not put the W/E as the two lettered I just put it under W and put it underneath heat blower instead of conventional and it worked out. The labeling is a little bit tricky.
