Cannot seem to reconnect to WiFi

1.  What brand name router do you have?  Are you trying to connect it to 2.4 or 5?

2.  Is there anything else in your house like IoT (low-hanging fruit) items that need to be connected?

3.  Can you log into your router, look up wireless for both 2.4 and 5 from that perspective?
