Could not connect to WiFi

My bad. All the replies are being sent as Spam which is why I have not seen any replies from my previous posts. 

 

I'm here again reporting about my thermostat that won't connect to the WiFi.

Thanks for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear that you missed our replies to your previous posts. I'd be happy to take a look into this for you.

To isolate:
 

  • What Nest Thermostat model do you have?
  • Are you getting any message codes or any wiring reports?
  • Is your thermostat unable to detect any Wi-Fi network?
  • Please gather the power readouts on your thermostat's "Technical info" settings.

 

Have you tried the steps in this guide? Please let us know if that helps.
