I need to delete the Nest Rush Hour program due to family illness. The higher temperature creates a health concern. Please advise how to do it. Thanks.

We don't have a Nest Thermostat, but according to this page: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9232355, you have to use the Google Nest Contact Us page (https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp) to unenroll in Rush Hour Rewards.
If you do use the Contact Us page to contact Support, just click "Next step" on the "Resources" page (without clicking on any of the Help topics), so you can get to the contact options page and select either chat or phone.
