Dial won’t work in nest thermostat

Hi,

I’m not able to turn the dial on my nest. I tried restarting my modem, holding the nest down for 10 seconds, and nothing is working.

Any tips?

Thanks for reaching out. Let's see what's going on — when did it start happening? Are you able to control your thermostat using the Google Home app? Also, try to remove the display, then put it back and make sure that you hear the click sound.
