Tried to professionally replace a burned out unit.... took over 3 hours making the attempt & a phone call to customer service of # show in paperwork, resulted in directing to a website. AI is NOT the answer to everything! Frustrated, had the contractor take it out so I can return it & installed an Ecobe. Sorry Google; you are NOT the answer to everything!!
