Do NOT buy the Nest thermostat. We have had nothing but issues since we bought it not long ago. It has constant issues of not being able to find a network. Most of the time it is offline. After contacting the unhelpful customer service, we were told to put down another $300 and they would send a replacement. No! Google is a billion dollar company and should stand behind their products. DO NOT BUY!

Which thermostat do you have and how did you wire it?

@Patrick_Caezza It's the 3rd Generation Nest Learning Thermostat. It was wired according to the instructions. Y1 is cool, Green is fan RH is power, C is common and W1 is heat. It was working fine, until a month ago. It continually says it is offline, and it will not find any networks.

Let me escalate this to one of the Product Specialists. They will ask for the case number that support gave you.
These people are not the same people you worked with at support.
