@Anandk77 , your current setup has the following conductor wires attached:

Red, Attached to Rc with Jumper to R, attach to Nest R or Rc. This is 24 Vac Power In

Yellow, attached to Y, will attach to Nest Y or Y1.  This is the Compressor Relay

Green, attached to G, will attach to Nest G, this is the blower fan relay

White, attached to W, will attached to Nest W1 or W.  This is the heating relay

Blue, currently not attached, this wire is a candidate for use as the Common attached to C.

I believe you have a Gas Furnace and this make your system basically Gas, Forced Air.
You can use any if the Nest Thermostats including the Nest E Learning and the Nest Learning Thermostat Gen 3.  Or you can go the basic Nest Thermostat which is only like $89.00US when it is on sale.

I Hope this helps,

@Anandk77 , your current thermostat uses a conventional system and is fully compatible with a Nest Thermostat. You appear to not have a Common wire. I would suggest you use a Nest Thermostat as there is no need for a learning model.
