My energy history is not showing in my nest app. Is there a way to rectify this? It’s showing on the thermostat but not my app. It’s a new thermostat that’s been installed for just over a week.

Same problem here. I checked on my iPad and this was reporting energy use from July on one thermostat and February on the other!
I removed the stats from the app and re added them. They now show the correct month but no usage on one. A long standing bug unfortunately.

It’s not a problem with the app. If you go to home.nest.com the same problem exists there.

Yes when I tap on the day it shows the detailed usage. Even though I says “No usage”

photos show no usage but when you click on them shows the usage.
same on home.nest.com as well
