I bought my thermostat about 15 years ago and at first everything worked very well, but for days I can't connect my thermostat to Wi-Fi

Thanks for reaching out about your Nest Thermostat being unable to connect to the Wi-Fi network. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.

Could you provide a rundown of all the steps you've tried? If you haven't tried anything yet, please restart your thermostat by going to its reset settings or by pressing and holding its screen for 10 seconds until it shuts down to refresh. Once done, check to see if the same message still appears, and let me know how it goes.
