Just bought a brand new Nest Smart Learning Thermostat and I can't add it to Google Home. I get the following error when I try to scan the QR code : Error! Unable to start device pairing. Configuration not available.
Then I tried to add it by skipping the QR code. I enter the 6 character code on the back of the unit and then it say to pick the last 4 characters of the serial number, but nothing shows up.
Any idea what's happening?

Never mind. I saw videos telling me to use the Google Home app, but instead I was to use the Nest app. Everything is up and running now.
