I had an installer put in a next thermostat but when I tried to install the program it gives me the error message “the server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request” I’ve been on hold with next support for an hour or more. I need help!!!!

Just got ahold of nest they told me server is down and try connecting again tomorrow.

Try adding your device now. Mine just worked for the Nest.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the trouble. The issue with the server is now resolved. You can now try adding your Nest Thermostats to the Google Home app. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. Otherwise, I'll be locking this thread after 24 hours.
