Hi
I have just installed 3 Eufy security (E330) cameras and a S380 Homebase. After 2 days the Nest thermostat lost connection to the Heat Link (E71 error). No amount of reconnect attempts worked. Bought a new thermostat but the same thing happened. As a last resort I turned off the cameras and the Nest connection was restored. There followed a series of these interruptions every couple of days with the solution always being turning off the cameras. Am I right in assuming that the connections to the Heat Link are both RF and that they interfere whenever both are activated (heat demand on/off & recording when motion detected)?

Interference to the thermostat can come from anything, and your cameras are certainly one of them. This is mentioned in the instructions about where and what to avoid for interefernce. DECT phones are a common one, along with even microwaves.
