Hello everyone,
I would like to consult something with you. I have a nest thermostat 3rd Gen in Europe. For a few years everything worked perfectly but recently my Nest thermostat would say that low battery and stop working. I would charge it with using the charger connection at the back, it would work but after 2 days or so i would again show low batter and stop working.
Could anyone give me some help please?

From your description the battery needs replacing I would think. Sounds like the battery will take charge for a short time, but sadly like all old things they do have a shelf life.
This can be done if you are happy with taking the display apart. Can be a little tricky, but to give you an idea I take about 5 minutes to remove and replace one.

Hi RodriCZ,
Thank you for your response. I appreciate the detailed information. Based on your answers, please do the following:
Try to disconnect your thermostat from the Wi-Fi network for 24 hours. If the battery doesn't drain, it's probably a poor Wi-Fi connection.
Let me know how it goes and keep me posted.

Byron
