Fan Speed and Temperature Set Point

When my script run at 20:30, just the AC turn on for heating, but no fan at "Auto" mode or temperature at 22C... but if I click at "play" button in home app, these 2 configurations are activated. why?

Thanks for bringing this up here in the Google Nest community. The fan should run together with your Cooling or heating system.  I wanted to look deeper into this before we conclude. Please answer the following:

1. Are you from North America or Europe?
2. What type of Nest Thermostat do you have or plan to have?
3. Send us a picture of your HVAC control board wiring. 
4. What is the make and model of your HVAC?
