Our fan won’t kick on when it’s heating. Which means one side of my house is warm because it’s by the furnace and the other is very cold. I tested the AC and the fan kicks on when it’s trying to cool. But the fan won’t even kick on when I manually tell it to do so in the heat mode. This appears to be a communication issue if it does work for the AC. But it’s as though something is preventing it from working for heat

Hi Supial,

Thanks for posting ― let's get this sorted out.

A few questions: what Nest Thermostat do you have? Check this link to know what thermostat you have. Since when has this been happening? Also, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Best,
Mel
