Hi, sorry i didnt get time to reply before thread was locked. i responsed to form i was issued, didnt anyone receive it?

i just got it there and have allowed access fro next 90mins.

Thanks, but it seems it has expired again. Let's complete the remaining troubleshooting and then we'll get to this. Could you please tell us if you've tried the following?


Check if the breaker switches are set to on.
Turn the breaker switches off and on again.
Turn on manual mode by pressing the button on the Heat Link.

Turn on manual mode by pressing the button on the Heat Link. The Heatlink was not working at all so pressign the button didint do anything.
