I have a Gen 3 Nest that just today has now got a faulty Heat Link.
I am based in Ireland.
There is power coming to the heat link but there it is not putting out 12v to the thermosat (checked by an electrician)
Nest was bought about 2 years ago from Amazon.
Is it possible to get a replacement sent from Google or am left with no choice but to buy a new one?
Any help is appreciated as i now have no heating or hotwater with 2 young kids in the house.

No lights on heat link and pressing the button does nothing

What did Nest say when you rang them or contacted them?

I wasn't aware there was a phone number for them, can you provide it.
I logged a ticket using a form I found in another post and got a caseID number back, but no contact with anyone from Google.

I find it easier typing in the search browser, rather than waste days for answers on here.
I try the obvious first!

Hey @ShaneL. I'm glad to hear that it's all sorted. I'm going to lock this thread. Should anything come up, feel free to open a new one.
