I’m okay to upgrade but the discount code I didn’t receive and it’s just hanging over my head…

Thanks for reaching out here in the community! I understand that you haven’t received the email containing the promo code to upgrade your current Nest Learning Thermostat (1st or 2nd gen) for the new Nest Learning Thermostat (4th gen). No worries, I can definitely help you with that!

In case you were unable to locate the promo code, could you please check your spam or junk folders? The emails are occasionally filtered there.
