Filter change notification won’t reset on Nest E

Hi All!  I don’t know if anyone else is having this same problem. My Nest E thermostat sends me notifications/reminders to change my furnace/A/C filter, which I appreciate. However each time I attempt to reset the notification that it has been changed, it doesn’t reset.  I’ll receive another reminder in a couple of hours on the thermostat as well as Google Home.  To temporarily resolve this annoying issue, I’ve disabled the notifications but want to determine why the thermostat and Google Home are not recognizing that I’ve changed the filter and reset the reminder.  If anyone has a solution for this, I’d really appreciate your assistance. Were you able to resolve the “not resetting” issue. I have one (of two) thermostats that does the same thing, quite annoying

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with the filter reminders. When did this issue start? To isolate the issue, could you try toggling the reminder off and back on again?
