I was able to get one free but have 2 thermostats can I get a second one free

How do you get the free Nest power connector? I just bought the thermostat and I need it.

@Barbi, a few questions: could you tell us if you have the same Nest Thermostat model and the same wiring configurations? Also, are you getting any prompts or power issues on your other thermostat?

@dog20022002, there are promotions offered via email and the Google Home app based on the customer’s eligibility.

To verify if there are offers available, please check for offers on the Offers page or Feed tab on the Google Home app, or go to the Help Center article, Find Google Nest promotional offers, and let us know if you have more questions in mind.

Hello Mark,

While installing my first Nest I received a message to receive a free power connector. I entered my contact information and must of cancelled by accident and cannot locate how to complete the order. Is there a link to get the free power connector?

Thanks for posting to this thread about the Free Nest Power Connector. I'd love to help.

We don't have a link to share, as it was determined from the prompt during the setup if your device is eligible to have one. You can try uninstalling and setting up your Nest Thermostat again in the Google Home App, and you'll get the same message after the part on choosing which wires you have.

I ordered my Google Nest Power Connector for my new thermostat. I received an email from the Google store stating "We have been notified that your shipment was returned to our warehouse after they were unable to deliver it. Please contact us
to get a refund so that you can place a new order.

I can't update my address or contact anyone!!! Any advice?

Please contact our Google Store Team to update your shipping information so they can ship out another Nest Power Connector. Also, I'd suggest that you check your Google Pay account details and ensure that the address is up-to-date to avoid shipment issues.
