Gen 3 heat link

Does anyone know how long a response usually takes from nest as my heat link has stopped working and understand this is a common fault with them sold around 2 years ago? I need a replacement ASAP, and can't even buy one without new stat.

Call Google support directly and they’ll send you a new heatlink if your unit is still under warranty. If you’re from the UK the number is +44 808 169 2307.

Thanks for reaching out. If you've reached out via phone, someone should ring you back in 24 - 48 hours. Do you have a case number for your interaction with Google Nest support? I can search for your case and give you an update. 

No case number I'm afraid any idea why?
