Does anyone know how long a response usually takes from nest as my heat link has stopped working and understand this is a common fault with them sold around 2 years ago? I need a replacement ASAP, and can't even buy one without new stat.

Call Google support directly and they’ll send you a new heatlink if your unit is still under warranty. If you’re from the UK the number is +44 808 169 2307.

No worries, I'll look into it for you. Is the email linked to your Nest account the same on as the email address on your community profile?
