Google App Isn’t Functioning Properly

The Google Home App is not allowing me to switch to the Eco mode. It goes through the steps for me to enter the Eco mode, but it doesn’t actually do it. It stays in the prescheduled mode.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with setting your Nest Thermostat to Eco mode. I'd love to know more about this and I have a few questions:

• Is it working if you set the Eco mode on the thermostat itself?
• What Nest Thermostat model do you have?
• Have you checked if there's an update for the Google Home app?
