Energy history is not showing on Google home app whereas I can only see 10 days history on nest app. Issue started appearing when I reset the thermostats

We're sorry for the late reply, and thanks for the update, @AtifKh. We are aware of this rare issue of being unable to see any usage when viewing your Nest Thermostat Energy History in the Google Home app. This issue has been mitigated, and the feature should work as intended, as this usually happens if the thermostat goes through a non-orderly restart at some point in the day. A non-orderly restart simply means the thermostat wasn't restarted properly by going to its settings.
Resetting the thermostat to default might cause the history logs to not appear in real time. How's it going? I know it has been a few weeks; let us know if you have more questions.
