WiFi connection lost

Nest lost connection to router that has weak signal. Says it’s no connected to WiFi. Trying to setup again to connect to my stronger connection WiFi. When performing setup to use stronger connection iPhone says it cannot find nest thermostat device. Pardon my ignorance but if nest thermostat was last connected to weak connection and is not connected I can’t reach it to change it to set it back up again on different strong WiFi connection.
