Google Nest ($129 model) - Temperature Hold Doesn't Work

Hi,

The indoor temperature is 66 degrees and I have heat set for 68 degrees.  I have a hold set, but it's not turning the furnace on to reach the target temperature.

Any ideas?  I've looked in settings and I don't think anything is set to Eco.  I also dont have any events scheduled nor have I set up Home/Away.

I'm starting to hate this thing.

Thanks.

I discovered that this wasn't the Nest at all - I had it installed at the same time as getting a new furnace.  Turns out the furnace was overheating and cutting off as it wasn't getting enough air through the vent.  I had a pretty thick allergen-reducing filter in there.  Took it out, and the everything now works fine.  I now use a cheap fiber glass filter for more airflow in.
