I have a four wire system as indicated below. I have G, Y, W-O/B and RC with jumper to RH. There are only these 4 wires and they are only 4 coming from the furnace. Can I install this with Google Nest Learning Thermostat? I have read a number of posts and seems to be conflicting advice if I need the C wire or not?

Hi DarcyR,
Thanks for posting here in the Community forum and for showing interest in our Nest Thermostats. Fortunately, your thermostat wires are compatible with our Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd generation and should be wired to the Nest Learning Thermostat as shown:
Also, here's a guide for the installation and setup of a Nest Learning Thermostat.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Do I need to use the C wire replacement power supply? Seeing mixed information on that. Thanks!

Hi there DarcyR,
Chiming in — are you pertaining to the Nest Power Connector? If yes, you can use it if your system can’t deliver enough consistent power to your Nest Thermostat. If your system can provide a stable power source for your thermostat, then you don't need additional power sources like C wire or Nest Power Connector.
Cases that may require power connector installation or a C wire:
I appreciate your input, Zoe.
