Google Nest Learning Thermostat Wifi5 error

Hi there,

 

I am having issues with my Google Nest Learning Thermostat connecting to wifi.  It worked without an issue for 5 months now it is giving a Wifi5 error.  How can I contact customer suppport to claim warranty, I saw many people having similar issue.

Here is how to contact the Google Nest support team directly.

  1. Go to Contact Us - Google Nest Help
  2. Select "Thermostats", type a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
  3. Click "Other", then click "Next step" until you see the contact options.
  4. Choose to get a call or call or chat with the team as available in your country.

Your link goes into a dead end loop never shows contact info so it sucs:(

What phone support? None of web available numbers work? It says there is a case assigned but no progress.  Can you provide contact info so I can talk to somebody in person.

 

there are many customers having same wifi issue, only way to correct is to send anew device in many cases also failed or refund.  I will take refund option.

Thanks for the update. I'm sorry for the trouble. Google Nest no longer has a phone number to call on, but we have a better and free way of how you'll get in touch with our support team. Please click this link then follow and answer the prompt there to get a representative.
