Google Nest Learning Thermostat Works for heat, but blows heat when on cool setting

Here's how I have the Nest wired, and how my old thermostat (fully working) is wired.

I have reinstalled the old thermostat to confirm everything works in my system, and it does.

But when I have the Nest installed, it just pumps hot air when I have it on cool

@EricTurner , you system is a Heat Pump and you wired your thermostat as an AC with a 2-stage forced air furnace. Turn the power off and Rewire  your thermostat as follows:

Orange Wire to OB

White Wire to W2/Aux

Red wire to Rc.

Now, turn the power back on, your thermostat will recognize the wire changes and ask you about your heat pump.  It will wan to know if you have a type O or a type B heat pump.  80% of heat pumps sold are type O.  Go ahead and choose type O and run a cooling test. If you get hot air, then you have a type B.
To change the Heat Pump type, go to SETTINGS > EQUIPMENT > CONTINUE > CONTINUE > HEAT PUMP. Once there, move the check mark from O to B.  Choose Done, Done, Done. And run the cooling test again.

and I see where I went wrong - I initially copied the wiring from the old thermostat, but didn't notice the conventional / heat pump differences. Makes 100% sense now!
