Google Nest Thermostat Compatibility

Can anyone advise if the Google Nest Thermostat is compatible with the thermostat I need to replace?

Yes, it is compatible. Just move the wires to the match labels on the Nest thermostat

Have tried multiple times to ask a follow up and the system wouldn’t let me. Hopefully this will make it through.

I have a red, white, green and blue wire. Does the blue wire go to the O/B terminal  on the Nest thermostat?

Just match the labels. The blue wire is connected to the Y terminal, so connect it to the Y terminal on the Nest. You have a conventional system and not a Heat Pump system.
