I seem to be having the same wifi connectivity issues as I see with so many others. Upgraded to be able to control via wifi, but nothing is working. Tried the fixes of rebooting, restarting, etc but nothing works. How can I get a replacement? That’s seems like the only fix that I’m reading here.

A few questions — what specific Nest thermostat do you have? Are you getting a specific message on your thermostat's display or on your Google Home/Nest app? If yes, what is it?
