Google Nest Thermostat set up

Thermostat wiring (1).jpg

Wondering if someone can offer guidance on this... Under each wire color there is a letter... Red is R, Black is C Green is E1 and White is E2... How do I configure this on the actual nest? Thanks for your help!

Thank you for reaching out... had to get my hvac rewired as it wasn't compatible

Your thermostat uses a proprietary interface and based on the labels, and none of the Nest Thermostats supports that.

Your lucky….someone actually got back to you. I just want directions for use. My thermostat will not hold the temperature I set it on! I have to reset it over and over and over . Please help if you can. There are no contact numbers where I can actually speak to someone. #.    Tks
