As far as i understand new Nest thermostat isnt available in Europe yet. When it will be available?

Hi Vilius,

That's correct, Nest Thermostat (2020) is currently only available in Canada and United States (except Puerto Rico). As this is mostly a user to user community, we don't have any information on future country expansion. Google generally don't tend to pre-announce those kind of updates.
