Hello AnupNayak,

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Nest Thermostat and its Wi-Fi connectivity. Let's sort this out!

To troubleshoot this problem, there are a few steps you can try:

  1. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues. Go to Settings > Reset > Restart. Also, try pulling out the thermostat display for a few seconds and then plug it back in.
  2. Make sure that your Wi-Fi network is operational and that other devices can connect to it. If you can, try connecting another device to the same Wi-Fi network to verify its functionality. Also, check for any message codes. If there is, let us know.
  3. Here's an article with some steps to troubleshoot setup: The thermostat doesn't show your Wi-Fi network.

Let us know if that helps.

Regards,
Mark

Same issue. Have done all the fixes recommended and it still won’t connect. Do I have a bad unit. It’s only less than 4 months old

Hi Fchristo,

I'm sorry to hear that you're also having trouble with your Nest Thermostat connecting to WiFi, despite trying recommended fixes. Before concluding, let's troubleshoot a bit more.

Ensure your WiFi network is stable, double-check credentials, and verify if other devices can connect. If the issue persists, check for any message codes or reports that would help us identify what is causing it to not detect any network.

Regards,
Mark
