Over a week ago you were supposed arrange a replacement Nest thermostat, I’m an elderly gent and contacted with a valid reason for swap .
it was confirmed this would happen and I have still not had contact to arrange swap.
I can’t turn heating on yet and it’s very cold .
please can you help
