I had a previous claim over a failed Google Nest thermostat that was approved by customer service... 1.5 years ago. They told me my color was out of stock and it would ship when in stock.
Needless to say, I have received nothing further from google about this. I even have a claim reference number.
Unfortunately, it appears that google has completely disposed of the ability to contact anyone to make a warranty claim or follow up on one. (or hidden it sooooo well that I can't find it).
I replaced my thermostat with another nest in a color I don't like but can live with. I would like to get a credit for my original nest towards some other product, or be sent the actual thermostat.
