No automated solution addresses my problem. I've tried to make a phone connection with a human being, my phone rings, I answer, and the automated voice says abruptly, "...it appears you missed us," then disconnects the call. Grr...
My Nest thermostats worked great until Google purchased Nest, then the problems started.
The Nest iPhone app can't find my two thermostats. I need help.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry. We're here to help you look for your Nest Thermostats in the Nest app.
To be sure, could you tell us the type of Nest Thermostats you have? Are they both in the same location? If so, please check your actual thermostat's Nest App settings to see if they show "Connected to an account"?
