So the original thermostat has gone missing, I bought a replacement generation 2 model, but not sure if the heat link is a 2nd or 3rd generation as it refuses to link up. I pressed the heat link off, then on, disconnected internet and back on. Of course I don't have the original thermostat to compare and the heating link is slightly bigger than the one already installed. Any ideas how to determine which generation I have. It also only has a code of 6 letters, whereas the app wants 7. Any ideas. Thankyou
