Google home app says nest thermostat is not connected to wifi but it is.

My Google home app says my nest thermostat isn’t connected to my wifi. When I physically look at the thermostat it’s connected just fine & is working. This is the second time I’ve had this happen. Last time I had to remove the thermostat from the app & set it up again as a new device. I have a 2nd thermostat in another part of the house that’s connected so I don’t understand why this is happening & how to fix.

Let's see what's going on. Is this happening to all mobile phones? Have you tried force closing the Google Home app, then restart your phone? Also, try reinstalling the app to make sure it's up-to-date.
