Which specific camera do you have? Exactly what does "lost connection" mean? What have you tried?

If it's an older camera, did you lose access in the Google Nest app, the Google Home app, the home.nest.com website, and the home.google.com website?

If it's a newer camera, did you lose access in the Google Home app and the home.google.com website?
